In Sismano, in a beautiful country scene 15 minutes from Todi, the development of the real estate project named "I Poggi" has recently begun. The project will include six independent villas and eight terrace houses which will all be built within a secure private property. The hilly nature of the land enables the construction of each villa, with private swimming pool, on naturally green areas where privacy is guaranteed.
The terrace houses are located at different heights on the hill and have a private garden as well as having access to the communal swimming pool and park.
The project has been designed to create the houses that will fit nicely with the surrounding nature. The ground floor will have a large living room and on the first floor it will be possible to construct up to four double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.
Terrace Houses
Each terrace house will have a private garden of 500 square metres with access to the communal swimming pool. There are two possible designs for the terrace houses that will be built with local stones and bricks: on one or two floors, all with at least two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
Moreover, the owners of the villas will have a number of services to the their disposal:
the availability to rent a car;
the transfer from the airports of Rome and Perugia or the train stations of Terni and Orvieto;;
the access to the cultural and sporting activities that take place in the Sismano estate;
the availability of dining in the "I due Papi" restaurant with some special deals;
the possibility of hunting wild bores within the estate with a selective number of people.
